 LimerenceIn 1977, psychologist Dorothy Tennov coined the term "limerence" to explain the cognitive and emotional state of being involuntarily infatuated or obsessed with another person. Though sometimes conflated with a "crush," limerence is much more intense.  Balfour Declaration Day (2024)On November 2, 1917, Arthur J. Balfour, British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, sent a letter to Lord Rothschild indicating that the British government was in favor of establishing a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine.
