Figure 14 presents the response spectral acceleration ratio ([S.sub.Ai]/[S.sub.A], where [S.sub.A] is the spectral acceleration of the input motion at the base beam and [S.sub.Ai] is the spectral acceleration of the structural response motion at the infill walls or the slab) under different input motions.
From this table, it can be seen that the GPU device plays the key role for improving the reconstruction performance, and the acceleration ratio of the new method for GPU compared with CPU is about 106 for simulation and 120 for real data reconstruction, respectively.
One of the differences between the two SH-AWD systems is that the RDX has a fixed acceleration ratio of 1.7%, which means that the rear differential rotates 1.7% faster than the front; in the RL, there is a accelerator gear that allows a variable acceleration ratio of up to 5.7%.
evaluated the effects of vertical ground motion on bridge piers considering vertical-to-horizontal peak acceleration ratios. One of the notable findings in this study was that the shear capacity of the pier was reduced by 25% when the vertical component of strong ground motion was included.
