claims of the Vietnamese before deportation orders would be issued against them.

examiners as part of court administration with the goal of weeding out those who didn't qualify for public defender services.
The requirements include valid identification papers of the parents of the student seeking assistance, a certificate of indigency
and residence from the barangay (village) council where the youth and his family live, and an assessment from the school were the youth is enrolled.
He suggested several ways of improving revenues for clerks, including imposing a $295 fee for those who file counter petitions in lawsuits; a $10 fee for those seeking an indigency
waiver in criminal and civil matters; a $25 charge for those using a traffic court hearing officer which could be used to fund that service; and an increased ability to suspend drivers' licenses for the failure to pay any court-related fee, cost, or fine, not just those stemming from traffic infractions.
The parents who wish to avail of the program will have to secure a "certificate of indigency
" from the barangay, stating the child's age and verified by the local social welfare and development office, in order to avail of the free medical care.
The requirements for families seeking to avail of the assistance include an enrollment assessment form or certificate of registration, student school ID, a barangay certificate of residency or indigency
and a referral letter, if applicable.
The defendant in open court was advised of the right to appeal from this sentence by filing notice of appeal within 30 days from this date with the clerk of this court and the defendant's right to the assistance of counsel in taking the appeal at the expense of the state on showing of indigency
To pass the indigency
