The most common species of plants including trees found in this area include Acrostichum aureum, Avicennia sp., Bruguiera cylindrica, Ceriops tagal, Lumnitzera littorea, Pluchea indica, Rhizophora mucronata, Sonneratia alba, Talipariti tiliaceous and Xylocarpus granatum.
